By using this website you agree to the Terms and Conditions below. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions you must stop using this website immediately. Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd may amend, update or change this web site including these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use this website, you agree to be bound by these amendments.
You can choose to register with the Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd website, whereby we hold your contact details. We do not retain credit card or other payment details. Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd does reserve the right to reject a registration.
Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd reserves the right to terminate your account if it learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users or the administration of Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd services, or violated these Terms and Conditions.
You may not at any time be the holder of more than one registration with Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd. Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd will have the right to terminate any registrations that are found to be duplicates, and to recover from the registered persons any benefits that have been obtained through these registrations.
Termination of membership
Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd reserves the right to terminate membership of any member of the service without entering into further discussions with the member concerned. Membership will be terminated if multiple complaints are received from other members, or the site administrator deems the behaviour of the member to be unsatisfactory.
Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd takes no responsibilty for any lack of system availability, or any losses that are incurred as a result of site in-availability or performance. No responsibility is assumed by for the corruption of any of the data held by Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd.
Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd will endeavour to keep this website up-to-date. Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd is not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on this web site or if that information is not up to date.

Limitation of Liability
In relation to the purchase of any products or services through this website, then to the extent permitted by law:
i) Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd will not be liable for any incidental, consequential or indirect damages, loss or corruption of data, loss of profits, goodwill, bargain or opportunity or loss of anticipated savings;
ii) Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd’s direct liability in relation to the purchase of any product or service purchased through this web site is limited to the lesser of: 1) the replacement of any product purchased; and 2) the purchase price paid by you to Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd for the product.
You agree to fully indemnify Tour of NZ Management Co Ltd from any claim, cost, demand or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or which may be incurred arising from a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Entry
Tour of New Zealand Conditions of Entry
The organisers will do everything in their power to deliver to you an exciting, enthralling and safe week long cycling adventure. Your actions and reactions, preparation and daily participation hinges upon you riding within the race rules, acting prudently and putting safety first.
A family team comprises of members of the same family and can be two or three generations. May include relationship by marriage / de facto.
All team members must be employees or clients of the business or organisation.
Masters 1: All team members over age 50 as at 1st April 2017.
Masters 2: All team members over age 60 as at 1st April 2017.
A Mixed team. Your team must have at least one member of each sex included in the team each day.
School: All team members must currently be high school students (more than one school may form a single team). Every team must have a Chaperon.
Entry Fees in full are payable by your team co ordinator on entering.
Should you wish to withdraw (in writing) prior to 31st December 2016 a full refund will be made less a $200 processing fee. There will be no refund of entry fees after 31st December 2016. There will be no refunds of Coach or Accommodation packages after 26th February unless we are able to fill these vacant spots from other riders as we have now made payments to our providers. Entries Close 26th March 2017. Entries may be transferred to another individual or team.
Should the Tour be called off for any cause outside the control of the Organisers that renders the Tour in the Organisers judgement unsafe e.g. earthquakes, industrial action, major storm a full refund will be made less a $200.00 processing fee. Should this occur after the 31st December 2016 a refund will be made less Tour expenses contracted to that date.
Organisers cannot be held responsible for any bookings made and deposits lost because of the cancellation of the Tour outside the control of the Race organisers and Tour of New Zealand Management Co Ltd.
Prizes will be awarded to placegetters in each category. Most major prizes will be awarded as spot prizes. Riders must attend the prizegiving at the conclusion of the criterium in Wellington to be eligible for spot prizes. Further Spot prizes will be awarded at each evenings “Peleton Party” and get together at the end of each day stage.
Alterations to the number of “bikes on the road” and categories can be made at any time up to March 31st 2017.
Any stage course could be altered by the organisers to fit safety standards, traffic management requirements or weather demands.
Your entry pre supposes that all of your team members sign the waiver when they join the Tour. Competitors with medical conditions are required to notify the organisers.
Honda Jazz prize conditions
You can win one of our 2017 Honda Jazz RS Sport race lead cars valued at $28,000. The winner must be a rider who has competed in a team for the full week or an individual riding each stage. To win this you will have one “ticket” in the draw for every $250 you raise to help one of our “official” charity beneficiaries. Raise $1,000 and you have “4 tickets”! An official charity is one listed on our website. The winner must be in person attending the final prize giving at the Wellington Prize Giving on April 8th.
